RDFX is the trading name of Reliable Dynamic Markets Ltd., an International Business Company incorporated in Saint Lucia and licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa as a Financial Services Provider under licence number 96544.
This page sets out both of those in full — who we are as a legal entity, what we are authorised to do and by whom, and the risks you take on when you trade. Every number here is one you can check yourself.
01Regulatory Authorisation
Reliable Dynamic Markets is licensed as a Financial Services Provider (FSP) by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), the conduct regulator for financial institutions in South Africa.
- Regulator
- Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA)
- Country
- South Africa
- Licence number
- 96544
- Licensed as
- Financial Services Provider (FSP)
- Effective from
- 18 September 2026
- Licensed under
- Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 37 of 2002), section 8
- Reference
- 2008/00962/FSP

Do not take our word for any of this. You can confirm the licence directly with the regulator:
- Search the FSCA's register of authorised financial institutions at https://www.fsca.co.za/ using licence number 96544 or the name "Reliable Dynamic Markets".
- Call the FSCA toll-free on 0800 110 443 (within South Africa) to confirm an FSP's status.
FSCA authorisation governs how we conduct financial services business under South African law. It does not automatically extend South African statutory protections, compensation arrangements or dispute-resolution schemes to clients residing elsewhere. If that matters to you, check what applies in your own country before depositing funds.

Incorporation and regulatory authorisation are two different things. The certificate above establishes that the company exists; the FSCA licence in the previous section is what authorises it to provide financial services. We publish both so there is no ambiguity about either.
03Risk Disclosure
Trading foreign exchange and contracts for difference on margin carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor.
- Leverage works in both directions: it can increase gains and losses alike, and losses can exceed your initial deposit.
- You may lose some or all of the capital you deposit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Past performance of any instrument, strategy or account is not a reliable indicator of future results.
- Markets can gap. Orders — including stop-loss orders — may be filled at a materially worse price than requested.
- Nothing on this website is investment advice or a personal recommendation. Seek independent advice if you are unsure.
Before you trade, consider your investment objectives, level of experience and appetite for risk.
04Client Verification and AML
We are required to know who our clients are. Before an account is funded or a withdrawal is released, we verify your identity and address, and we may ask about the source of your funds.
- Accounts must be opened in your own name. We do not accept third-party deposits or withdrawals.
- Payment methods used for withdrawal must match those used for deposit, wherever that is technically possible.
- We may request additional documentation at any time, and may restrict an account while a request is outstanding.
These checks exist to prevent money laundering, fraud and account takeover. They protect you as much as they protect us.
05Restricted Countries
RDFX does not accept clients from the following countries and jurisdictions, subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, international sanctions and our own compliance policies.
- United States
- Canada
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Cuba
- Russia
- Afghanistan
- Yemen
- Sudan
- India
- Japan
- Singapore
- Australia
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
More broadly, RDFX does not offer its services anywhere that doing so would be contrary to local law or regulation, and does not direct its website or marketing at residents of such jurisdictions. The list above is not a substitute for checking your own position.
It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that trading with us is lawful where you live before opening an account. If you are unsure, take local advice.
We may decline or close an account where we believe this condition is not met, and we may update this list as sanctions and regulatory requirements change.
For clarification on whether your country is eligible, contact our support team before you apply.
